Publication Ethics

General considerations

Ethical principles and a code of ethics in the production of scientific products are clearly defined. In the event of non-compliance by the authors, this Journal reserves the right to pursue any national and international legal action. By submitting an article, the author acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these rights. The author and individuals involved in the Journal (editor, editorial board, internal manager, and publisher) are required to abide by the Journal's rules and ethical charter. The COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) ethical charter serves as a guide for authors and individuals involved in the publication.

  • Plagiarism can take various forms, including presenting someone else's work as your own, copying or rephrasing substantial portions of another person's work (without acknowledging the source), or falsely attributing research findings to others. All types of plagiarism are unethical and will not be accepted.
  • The submitted articles must be within the specialized field of the quarterly and should reflect the author or authors' research work.
  • In addition to the article's topic being in the specialized field of the journal, the articles or any part of them should not be under review or published in any journal inside or outside the country simultaneously.
  • Papers presented as abstracts at congresses, symposiums, domestic and foreign seminars that have been published and distributed can be presented as full papers.
  • Editing and summarization of the content is based on the authors' opinions, and the authors are responsible for the accuracy of the article's content.
  • The original articles that have been rejected or withdrawn will be removed from the journal's archive after six months, and the journal will not be held responsible for them.
  • Submitted articles must not have been published elsewhere. Therefore, it is mandatory to complete the author's commitment form, stating that the article will not be submitted to other publications for publication or review, at the time of registration and submission.

All authors must agree with any such addition, removal, or rearrangement.
