All the articles received by the journal are checked by the expert or the editor of the journal with the Hemayab matching system, and if the percentage of similarity exceeds the allowed limit, the article is returned to the authors.

In case of observing research misconduct, plagiarism or violation of publication and copyright laws, users can send their questions, concerns or suggestions along with documents through the journal's email (Rcgss89@hsu.ac.ir) or phone call (051- 44013847) to be dealt with according to the rules of the Committee on Ethics in Publication (COPE).

If plagiarism is proven for the journal, the names of the author/authors will be blacklisted in the journal and if published, the article will be archived.
