The Quarterly "Arid Regions Geographic Studies" is the first scientific-research journal of Hakim Sabzevari University, which was approved by notification number 3/11/4064 dated 19.07.2010 in the country's Scientific Publications Review Commission under the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. It was awarded a scientific research degree and its first issue was published in the fall of 2010.

The review of the articles in the journal is double-blind peer review and, to create and expand a suitable platform for the exchange of ideas, achievements and scientific communication between researchers about "knowing the various dimensions of the natural and human geography of arid regions and using the capabilities and potentials of these regions" with The open access approach is published by Hakim Sabzevari University.

 

This journal is a quarterly publication with an open access approach, meaning that all article content is available to everyone immediately after publication, without the need for user registration or payment. Users are allowed to use, read, download, republish, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, provided that proper citation to the author and the journal is given, and they can use the journal's articles for legal purposes without prior permission from the publisher or author.
